WordPress sends too many automatic emails that you probably do not want such as new user registration emails, plugin/theme automatic updates emails, change of password emails, etc.

Along with this, you probably have plugins active on your site sending emails that you do not need. You are probably getting too many spam emails from your site?

Do not get spammed by your own site anymore. Keep your domain’s sending reputation healthy. It’s very important!

The Disable Emails Conditionally plugin allows you to disable ANY emails from your site that you don’t like.

Examples of emails you can disable

1) Disable New User Registration Email.

2) Disable WordPress updates theme/plugin auto-update emails.

3) Disable comment awaiting/published email.

4) Disable change of admin email.

5) Disable change of User Email or Password email.

6) Disable personal data requests email.

7) Disable WooCommerce emails.

8) Disable Wordfence emails.

9) Disable MemberPress emails.

10) Disable Learndash emails.

8) Disable ANY emails.

Installation

The plugin is powerful yet simple to set up. Here are the basic steps to setup:

1. Download the plugin you’ve received from the email after purchase.
   
   
2. Go to your site dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
   
   
3. Upload the downloaded zip file of the plugin.
   
   
4. Go to Settings > Disable Emails Conditionally and set the conditions you’d want to not send emails if.
   
   
5. That’s it.

Usage

1. Disable any emails sent to specific email receipent. E.g. disable all the emails sent to info@example.com.
   
   
2. Disable any emails with specific email subject, or if subject contains any specific characters or words.
   
   
3. Disable any emails with specific email message, or if email message contains with any specific characters or words.

1. If the ‘From Email’ is/is not the specific email address you’d like it to be.
   
   
2. If the ‘Reply-To’ is/is not specific email address you’d like it to be.
   
   
3. If the attachment is larger/lesser then speciifc file size such as 4MB.
   
   
4. If the email is plain text or HTML.
   
   
5. If the user is/is not administrator/editor/subscriber or any other roles.

Disable the emails you do not want. However, there are some emails that you probably want but WordPress does not send by default, such as an email notification to the post author when their content gets a LIKE. Get notified about the likes on your article and feel the readers’ love for your articles.
