Previously, birthday coupons could only offer a fixed validity period restricted to the customer’s actual birthday. One of our customer (site owner) asked for the feature to extend the birthday coupon in our previous blog and here you go. It’s now released! You asked, we listened.

With version 1.6.0, you can now extend the validity period of birthday coupons. This gives your customers additional time to explore your catalog and redeem their special offer, helping you boost conversion rates and build stronger brand loyalty without rigid time pressure.

The best choice might be 7 days after the birthday giving a full birthday week gift.

Note that the Birthday Coupons feature is only available in the Birthday For WooCommerce Pro.

🛒 Full Support for WooCommerce Block Checkout

WooCommerce has been shifting toward block-based checkout workflows to offer faster, more customizable checkout experiences.

In this update, Birthday For WooCommerce fully supports the WooCommerce Checkout Block. Whether your online store uses the classic shortcode checkout or the modern block-based checkout, birthday discounts and field functionality will work seamlessly without extra setup.

How to Update

If you already have Birthday For WooCommerce installed, simply log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins, and click Update Now under Birthday For WooCommerce to get access to 1.6.0 right away.
