The Birthday For WooCommerce plugin which allows you to collect birthdays of customers and send them personalized discounts/gifts, comes with the default birthday email that says:

Dear {First Name},

We hope you have a wonderful birthday and a fantastic year ahead!

To celebrate your special day, we have a special offer just for you. Use coupon code “HAPPY_BIRTHDAY”.

You might want to customize this email to fit your needs. For this purpose, the email can be customized by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Email. Select the “Birthday Email”.

There you can see the template of the email:

To edit the template file and write your own content, you’ll need to copy the template file first.

Then, you can click on the “View Template” button from where you can edit the template and the birthday email in your own words.
